Bank Transfer
- Pay by standard bank transfer.
- No additional fee.
- We dispatch your order once payment has been credited to our account or after receiving confirmation of payment.
Cash on Delivery
- Pay when you receive your parcel.
- Payment can be made in cash or by card if the courier is equipped with a payment terminal.
- If required, please ask the courier for a payment receipt.

Your invoice arrives directly in your inbox. Simple, practical and easy to keep.
Invoices are issued exclusively in electronic format and sent as PDF files to your email address.
The invoice is generated automatically once payment has been credited to our account or after the order has been delivered in the case of Cash on Delivery.
Electronic invoices comply with all applicable legal requirements in the Slovak Republic and constitute a valid tax document.

We process online orders as quickly as possible. In most cases, orders are dispatched on the same or the next business day.
Courier Delivery
Your parcel will be delivered directly to the address provided in your order.
In most cases, your parcel arrives on the next business day, within a maximum of 2 business days.
We will send you an email notification on the day your order is dispatched.

Packeta Pick-Up Point
Have your parcel delivered to a convenient Packeta pick-up point.
Your parcel is usually ready for collection within 2 business days.
Once it arrives, you will receive an SMS and an email with your collection code.
Shipping fee: €3.00

You can track your order after logging into your customer account on our website. We will also keep you informed by email whenever the status of your order changes.
